![]() Expectations are 24/7/365 BUSINESS COVERAGE FOR ALL CONTINUITY! 10 calls later, no phone, no access to our account and numerous PROMISED CALL BACKS that never happen. Then, they tell me its after 7 on Friday so we cant get back to you until Monday? THIS IS A BUSINESS LINE! YOU ARE A NATIONAL CARRIER. I love the "ask for a number in case we get disconnected so we can call you back" What in 2025? It never happens. Therefore if it is not it is their fault. So I ask, is my account in good standing? It is auto paid. They tell me its in good standing, but they can't turn on my replacement phone because it hasn't been paid for. They cannot even get me on to my account. I have spent the last 2 days and several hours between the store, on the phone with support & Asurion (A COMPLETE JOKE) their new insurance carrier. Verizon is the WORST in customer service. I know 2 other people right now who are having the same issue as me. If I was a crooked multi billion dollar company looking to squeeze every penny out of my customers with zero regard for them, I would act exactly like Verizon does. When we called Verizon customer service, they said that “we didn’t ship them the correct phone” WHICH IS BULLS**T. Fast forward a year and I’m being forced to pay for every penny of this 800 dollar “free trade in phone”, even though we have proof we sent the old phone in and went to the in person store with shipping receipt in hand. When the saleswoman was explaining the plan to us, she explained that I could trade the older used phone I had for a new phone at ZERO cost to us so of course I agreed. I was getting married and starting a new job so I decided to get a smartphone and set it up under Verizon. At the beginning of this story I had a flip phone and used Verizon prepaid. ![]() After the way I’ve been treated recently I will never be a customer ever again and I will try to warn as many people as possible to keep them from having their money stolen. So I’ve been with Verizon for over 11 years. I would like to start by saying I’ve been a Verizon customer since I was 14 years old. ![]()
